Sajid Aziz is the Chief Reporter (Business) of The News International (Jang Group of Newspapers), Karachi. Known for his investigative reporting, he had started his carrier in journalism with Dawn Group of Newspapers in early eighties.

Widely traveled to various countries in Asia, Europe, America and Africa, he has covered a number of national and international events.

Included in the Reuter Foundation’s Directory of International Journalists, he also represented the Jang Group in international journalism workshops held Reuter and Commonwealth Journalists Association (CJA).

Sajid Aziz is also the Secretary General of Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists (PFUJ) which is a sole representative body of Pakistan’s journalists’ fraternity.

He was the first Bureau Chief of Business Plus TV Channel in Karachi.

He also contributes to Pakistan Television and writes for Current Affairs and participates as analyst in trade and commerce related programmes.
